Terms of Use and Cancellation Policy

This website is operated by Lior Marom (“the Artist”). Use of the site and orders placed through it are subject to the following terms. Browsing the site or placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Products
The following are offered for sale:
- Signed reproductions of paintings in A4, A3 and 40×60 cm.
- Signed photographic and digital-art prints.
- Selected original works, by personal arrangement.
- Products are sold unframed. The framed gallery and loft mock-ups are for illustration only.
- Colours may differ slightly between the screen and the print.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT.
Payment is processed by PayPal. Payment details go directly to PayPal and are not stored by the Artist.
An order is confirmed once an order confirmation email has been sent.
Production and shipping
Each print is produced, checked and signed by the Artist after the order is placed. Production time: up to 7 business days.
Shipping in Israel: ILS 35 per order, free on orders over ILS 800. Delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
Shipping to Europe: ILS 80 per order, ILS 140 for orders of 1 kg or more (such as a 60×90 canvas). Delivery: 7–14 business days from dispatch.
Shipping to the rest of the world: ILS 100 per order, ILS 160 for orders of 1 kg or more. Delivery: 7–21 business days from dispatch.
International delivery times depend on the destination and the postal service. Customs, import taxes and local fees, where they apply, are paid by the customer.
Prints are shipped unframed, in rigid packaging or a protective tube. Delays beyond the Artist’s control, such as postal or customs delays, do not entitle the customer to compensation, but the Artist will help track the shipment.
Cancellation and returns
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, an order may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product, by written notice by email or phone, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
For cancellations not due to a defect, a fee of 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower, applies, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Prints produced especially to the customer’s order, such as a chosen size, may be excluded from the right of cancellation under the law.
A product that arrives damaged will be replaced or fully refunded.
Copyright
All artworks, photographs and texts on this site are protected by copyright and belong to the Artist. Purchasing a print does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, publish or use it commercially. Images may not be downloaded or copied without written permission.
Liability and changes
The Artist may update these terms, prices and the product range from time to time. The Artist’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the product.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Hadera have exclusive jurisdiction.
